Please Read Before Booking Appointment

WELCOME, BEAUTIFUL!!!

Thank You for choosing me as your hairstylist, I look forward to your appointment with me!!! If you are a new client and have any questions or concerns, I can be contacted via email at sales@maryjthestylist.com. Please allow 24-48 hours to respond.

DEPOSITS:

A 35% deposit is due at the time of booking. This fee will be applied to your service and is non-refundable.

SCHEDULING PROCESS:

All appointments must be booked ONLINE ONLY. Beginning JANUARY 2026, there will be NO ADD-ON SERVICES DURING APPOINTMENT… add-on services must be booked ahead. Clients can schedule up to two months in advance, and a new month opens on the 1st of every month. Due to high demand, returning clients are strongly encouraged to reserve at least two future appointments to ensure preferred availability.

NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION:

If you are a new client, you will be contacted by phone prior to your booked appointment to discuss your upcoming appointment. If there are any questions before scheduling your appointment, please send questions to sales@maryjthestylist.com with subject that reads "New Client".

EXTENSIONS/ CUSTOM WIG /COLORING SERVICE RULES:

Any new service that includes extensions (sew-in, custom wig, or color extensions) should be purchased online or dropped off at Mary J. The Salon at LEAST A WEEK PRIOR to your booked appointment.

Your appointment will be RESCHEDULED if your hair order isn't placed at least a week prior to your appointment date. There will be an ADDITONAL $40 PER BUNDLE UP-CHARGE for color services if they are received less than a week prior to your appointment. Color services WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED a day prior to appointment, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

For quality assurance, Mary J. does NOT color extensions that are not purchased from her hairline, NO EXCEPTIONS!

RESCHEDULING PROCESS:

You are allowed to reschedule your service, as long as it is 24-48 hours before your appointment date. If you DO NOT reschedule at least 24-48 hours prior to appointment you will have to rebook and your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. You are able to RESCHEDULE date/time, NOT SERVICE. To change service, you will need to contact your stylist.

HOW TO RESCHEDULE: Sign into your account (can be found under "Bookings" and "Sign In", then click on the "Reschedule" button to reschedule. You will receive an updated email/text with your new appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY/ PROCESS

Appointments MUST be cancelled 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. In order to cancel your appointment, you will need to contact your stylist and a refund of the deposit will be issued.

No Call/ No Show, Cancel Same Day, and Reschedule Same Day is NOT ALLOWED and will result in a Non-Refundable Deposit.

RUNNING LATE?

We understand that time may not always be on your side, so the best way to avoid any issue is to COMMUNICATE! If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, PLEASE communicate that with your stylist. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, unless your stylist says otherwise. If your appointment is cancelled due to being late more than 30 minutes, your deposit will NOT be refunded and your appointment will have to be rebooked. PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR STYLIST.

Signature On-Location Wedding Styling

Perfect for brides who prefer getting ready at their wedding venue or another designated location. Enjoy a professional, on-site hairstyling experience without the stress of traveling on your wedding day. Every style is customized to your bridal vision, allowing you to relax while getting ready in the comfort of your chosen location.

Investment: Starting at $215-$300 (includes travel fee of $150; hairstyle prices vary. Approximately 1 hour of styling.

In-Salon Private Wedding Styling

For brides who desire a peaceful, private salon experience before saying "I Do".

Begin your wedding day in an elegant relaxed environment where your bridal hairstyle receives undivided attention. This option is ideal for brides who prefer to be styled before arriving at their venue.

Bridal styling priced according to the selected hairstyle and services.

Destination Wedding Styling

Whether you're celebrating across Tennessee or anywhere in the world, luxury bridal hairstyling can travel with you! This experience includes personalized wedding-day hairstyling, travel accommodations, and dedicated service throughout your event to ensure your hair remains flawless from beginning to end.

Investment: Starting at $2000 (Client is responsible for travel expenses and lodging. Pricing varies based on destination, travel requirements, wedding timeline, and overall service needs).

Full-Day Bridal Concierge

For brides wanting their hairstylist available throughout their wedding day.

Includes:

Up to 4 consecutive hours of on-site service (required minimum)
1-2 hairstyle changes
Touch-ups throughout the day
Veil assistance and style maintenance

Investment: Starting at $600 (first 4 hours)

Additional Hours: $100/hour
