Please Read Before Booking!!!

NEW CLIENT POLICY:

All new clients MUST book a "New Client Consultation" before scheduling an appointment. This will allow the stylist to better understand your hair goals for your upcoming appointment.

***New clients are NOT allowed to book a "New Client Consultation" and appointment the same day. 

DEPOSITS:

A 35% deposit is due at the time of booking. This fee will be applied to your service and is non-refundable. 

RESCHEDULING PROCESS:

You are allowed to reschedule your service, as long as it is 24-48 hours before your appointment date. If you DO NOT reschedule at least 24-48 hours prior to appointment you will have to rebook and your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. 

HOW TO RESCHEDULE: Sign into your account (can be found under "Bookings" and "Sign In", then click on the "Reschedule" button to reschedule. You will receive an updated email/text with your new appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY/ PROCESS

Appointments MUST be cancelled 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. In order to cancel your appointment, you will need to contact your stylist and a refund of the deposit will be issued. 

No Call/ No Show, Cancel Same Day, and Reschedule Same Day is NOT ALLOWED and will result in a Non-Refundable Deposit.

RUNNING LATE?

We understand that time may not always be on your side, so  the best way to avoid any  issue is to COMMUNICATE!!! If you are running more than 15 minutes  behind, PLEASE communicate that with your stylist. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, unless your stylist says otherwise. If your appointment is cancelled due to being late more than 30 minutes, your deposit will NOT be refunded and your appointment will have to be rebooked. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!
